We have been brewing Craft beer in Nashville since 1994. We are Nashville's oldest and most award winning brewery. In 2011 we built a state of the art brewing and bottling facility. Stop by and check us out. 2312 Clifton Ave.
Our 30 barrel brewhouse was manufactured by ROLEC Prozess- und Brautechnik GmbH in Chieming, Germany. Rolec provided all of the equipment from the silo to the cellar. The star is their fully automated 4 vessel brewhouse. It is just as functional as it is beautiful; producing quality and consistent beer.
The heart of our bottling line is a double pre-evacuation filler engineered and manufactured by Krones, headquartered in Neutraubling, Germany.
HopJack® IPA, Session Player™ IPA, Chaser Pale® Kolsch, Nut Brown Ale, Hangtime™ Pale Ale, Adam Bomb® IPA, St. Charles Porter®, Black Belle® Barrel Aged Imperial Stout and Barista Brew® Coffee Stout.
