Our 30 barrel brewhouse was manufactured by ROLEC Prozess- und Brautechnik GmbH in Chieming, Germany. Rolec provided all of the equipment from the silo to the cellar. The star is their fully automated 4 vessel brewhouse. It is just as functional as it is beautiful; producing quality and consistent beer.
The heart of our bottling line is a double pre-evacuation filler engineered and manufactured by Krones, headquartered in Neutraubling, Germany.

You are allowed to drink beer while on the tour. Please select your beer and be ready by the start time of your tour.
All tours are at 2312 Clifton Ave., Nashville, TN. Please be in the brewery taproom 10 minutes prior to your tour.
